An island style "great room" includes the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast nook into a single pavilion. This open plan connects the airy ambiance of the inside, with its high vaulted wood ceiling, to the tropics outside by placing the terraced dining balcony overhanging the pool and sun deck with views to the bay beyond. Walkways and stairs come up a series of well-designed and landscaped terraces, decks and balconies to afford the maximum outside living and interaction above and below in the shared areas. |

Nearly identical master bedrooms, each with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning and covered terrace (a private one overlooking the bay or a public overlooking the pool), means that each has a mini, split-level pavilion laid out on each end for maximum privacy.
