Garden View Room: Overlooking the resort's stunning tropical landscape, these rooms are only a short walk from the beach. All feature a private patio or balcony and are air conditioned.
Ocean View Room: Situated just a few yards from the beach, these rooms are air conditioned and offer spectacular views from their private balcony or patio.
Premium Room: Located on or near the beach, these rooms feature air-conditioning and offer ocean views in spectacular lush surroundings, all with private balcony or patio.
Deluxe Cottage: Positioned on stilts, these air-conditioned rooms are nestled in the sea grapes a few yards from the beach. These unique, hexagonal-shaped rooms are grouped in pairs and have an expansive downstairs patio with hammock and upper sun deck.
Premium Cottage: On or near the beach, these air-conditioned rooms are the most desirable due to their privacy, views and location. These cottages are grouped in pairs and feature a unique hexagonal shape and private balcony or patio.

& TRAVEL INFORMATION

Transportation
Flights Flights are available on American Eagle from San Juan, Puerto Rico and on LIAT from neighboring islands served by international carriers to Tortola Beef Island Airport (EIS). Upon arrival at Tortola, a Little Dix Bay representative will escort guests to our next available private launch for a relaxing 20-minute ride to the resort. Welcome cocktails are served on board while guests are registered.

Round trip transfer from Tortola International Airport:

Limited scheduled air service is also available directly into Virgin Gorda. For assistance with private air charter bookings, please contact the resort.

Tax, Service Charge & Gratuities
Daily rates are subject to a 7% room tax and a 5% service charge. Our service charge covers gratuities for all hotel employees with the exception of wait staff in our dining rooms, lounges and room service. A 15% gratuity will be added to all meal and beverage checks. Daily and weekly package rates are subject to a 13% tax and service which covers all room tax, service charges and meal plan gratuities.

Local Currency, Immigration & Customs
The U.S. dollar is the official currency for both the United States and British Virgin Islands. A valid passport or birth certificate with a photo I.D. (for U.S. citizens) will be accepted as proof of citizenship.

Deposit / Cancellations
A three-night deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Deposit applies to first and last 2 nights of guests' stay. Deposits are required within 14 days from date of booking. If the reservation is made within 28 days of arrival date, a credit card deposit is required within 24 hours of reservation. Deposit checks should be sent/made payable to:

Cruz Bay, St. John, British Virgin Islands 00831-0720.

Full deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 28 days in advance of arrival date for reservations Jan. 3 ~ March 31; and 14 days in advance for reservations April 1 ~ December 19.  Weekly package is based on seven night stay; early departure is subject to surcharge for activities and services.  For reservations falling over the Christmas/New Years period, special minimum stay requirements, deposit and cancellation policies apply.

Arrival & Departure
Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
